Refund Policy

Due to the nature of handcrafted natural stone items, all sales are final. However, we want every customer to be satisfied with their experience.

Returns

We do not accept returns for change of mind, natural variations, or cosmetic inclusions typical of stone products.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only if a product is defective beyond normal natural characteristics. Each individual case will be determined by seller. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
